Please note : selenite is a soft mineral and all will have slight marks, especially on the edges. These are more visible on orange selenite. Selenite will have natural fissure and cracks running through it, the plate will be perfectly stable but this is very common for selenite. The name selenite is derived the Greek word Selene, meaning moon. It is believed that Selenite promotes cleansing, purifications and positive energy.
